The Zoning Commission of the Bath Township, Greene County, Ohio, gives notice that a Work Session and Public Hearing will be held on Monday, May 1st, 2023, 6pm, at the Township Offices, 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, to receive public comment on two text amendments.
Text Amendment to Add the definition of Fence and expand current fencing regulations
Text Amendment to alter the lot coverage percentage for non-conforming R-1 properties.
A Copy of each Text Amendment is on file with the Zoning Administrator and is available for inspection and copying upon request from the Zoning Department at 937-878-0611. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to question the owner or give testimony.
