Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearing

The Board of Zoning Appeals of the Bath Township, Greene County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 23rd, at 7:00pm, at the Township Offices, located at 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, to hear two cases. A Variance Request at 884 Dayton Yellow Springs Rd, to build a single family home on a non-conforming lot, and a Conditional Use for a business expansion at 2346 National Rd. A copy of the appeals are on file and is available for inspection and copying upon request from the Zoning Department at 937-878-0611. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to question the owner or give testimony.
