Bath Township is currently accepting bids for two upcoming road improvement projects:
Bath Road Chip Seal and Fog Seal
Byron Cemetery Road Section Repaving
Sealed bids will be accepted until April 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM. At that time, all bid packets will be opened, read aloud, and evaluated. Bath Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids, and to enter into a contract with the bidder who in the opinion of Bath Township offers the lowest and best bid.
