The Bath Township Board of Trustees, Greene County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held as part of the regular Township Meeting, on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, 6pm, at the Township Offices, located at 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, Regarding the proposed text amendment to the Zoning Resolution, adding Section 514, Solar Energy Collection Systems, and other relevant updates.
A copy of the proposed text amendment is on file with the Zoning Administrator and is available for inspection and copying upon request from the Zoning Department at 937-878-0611. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to question the owner or give testimony.
