The Bath Township Zoning Commission, Greene County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, July 8th, 2024, 6pm, at the Township Offices, located at 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, Regarding proposed text amendments to the Zoning Resolution, and a Re-zoning request for parcels A01000100050000800, A01000100050003200, and A01000100050000900, located in the 4300 block of National Road. A copy of the proposed text amendments and re-zoning requests are on file and are available for inspection and copying upon request from the Zoning Department at 937-878-0611. All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to question the owner or give testimony.
