The Bath Township Zoning Commission, Greene County, Ohio, gives notice that a Public Hearing and Work Session will be held at the Township Offices, 1006 Yellow Springs-Fairfield Rd, Fairborn, Ohio 45324, on Monday, April 3rd, 2023, at 6:00pm, to review recommendations and suggest additions to the Zoning Resolution concerning Fences, R-1 lot coverage, Signs, and Medium Scale Solar.
All persons have a right to appear in person or by representation to question the owner or give testimony. The Board of Zoning Appeals action is the final determination on this request, unless otherwise overturned by the Court of Common Pleas.
